Meet the City Council Candidates

​Fort Bragg City Council elections are Tuesday, November 3rd.  Three council members (a majority of the council) will be elected for four-year terms. Even if you don’t live in the City, this election is important and will have a huge impact on where you shop, sales tax you pay, housing affordability, options for restaurants and entertainment, traffic congestion, views and access to the ocean, parks, draught water availability and healthcare services.  We all have a stake in having the best possible candidates elected to the City Council.

There are eight candidates running for Fort Bragg City Council - three incumbents and five challengers.  The GrassRoots Institute offered all eight candidates an opportunity to have a town hall style zoom session.  Seven of the eight candidates accepted the Institute’s offer.  Their interviews and their answers to audience questions were recorded and the videos are posted below in chronological order.
