Meyer has won- but he still needs our help! 

  • The Ukiah Court has found Mendocino Railway ineligible for Eminent Domain, meaning they can not seize Johns's Property through this method. 

  • The decision did not award John any damages. Meyer has been put under significant financial stress through this case and needs our support to avoid bankruptcy.
