Meyer has won- but he still needs our help! 

The Ukiah Court has found Mendocino Railway ineligible for Eminent Domain, meaning they can not seize Johns's Property through this method. 

The decision did not award John any damages. Meyer has been put under significant financial stress through this case and needs our support to avoid bankruptcy.
